From 11-15th March we will be hosted by Dr Yogesh Harshe at Nestlé Research in Lausanne. The programme includes sessions on food technology and material sciences - particle science, foams and emulsions and product modelling - as well as process modelling and optimisation on an industrial scale. The School also offers more soft skills training as the ESRs enter the final months of their contracts and consider their next steps, beyond TUSAIL.
